My MBBS Abroad provides guidance and facilitation services only. We do not guarantee:

  • Admission to any specific university.
  • Visa approval.
  • Course availability or fee structure.

Final decisions rest solely with universities, embassies, and regulatory authorities.

3. Student Responsibilities

Students and parents agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information.
  • Submit documents within stipulated timelines.
  • Comply with university, embassy, and legal requirements.

My MBBS Abroad shall not be responsible for consequences arising from incorrect or delayed information.

4. Fees & Payments

  • All fees must be paid as per agreed schedules.
  • Delays in payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

Fees once paid are subject to the Refund Policy outlined above.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, text, and materials are the intellectual property of My MBBS Abroad and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

My MBBS Abroad liability is limited strictly to the amount of service fees paid. We shall not be liable for:

  • University rejections or academic outcomes.
  • Visa refusals or immigration decisions.
  • Financial, emotional, or consequential losses.

7. Termination of Services

My MBBS Abroad reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • False information is provided.
  • The student violates these Terms & Conditions.
  • Unethical or unlawful conduct is observed.

No refund shall be due in such cases.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra.

My MBBS Abroad is committed to transparency, fairness, and ethical practices while assisting students and parents with overseas education guidance. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which fees paid to My MBBS Abroad may be refunded, partially refunded, or become non-refundable.

1. Nature of Services

My MBBS Abroad provides counseling, admission guidance, application support, documentation assistance, and coordination with foreign universities and associated institutions. Fees charged by My MBBS Abroad are primarily service-based, not tuition fees, and cover professional time, expertise, administrative work, and third-party coordination.

2. Registration & Service Fees

  • Registration, counseling, and service fees paid to My MBBS Abroad are non-refundable once services have commenced.
  • Commencement of services includes, but is not limited to: counseling sessions, eligibility evaluation, university shortlisting, application submission, document verification, or communication with universities.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following limited conditions:

  • The student withdraws before any application or documentation process has started.
  • My MBBS Abroad is unable to initiate services due to internal operational reasons.

Any approved refund will be processed after deducting administrative, processing, and banking charges.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund shall be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Rejection of admission by a university or authority.
  • Delay or rejection of visa applications.
  • Change of mind by the student or parent after service initiation.
  • Submission of incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information by the student.
  • Failure to meet eligibility criteria prescribed by universities or regulatory bodies.

Non-attendance, non-cooperation, or withdrawal during the admission process.

5. University & Third-Party Fees

  • Fees paid directly to universities, embassies, courier agencies, translation services, or other third parties are governed by their respective refund policies.
  • My MBBS Abroad bears no responsibility for refunds of such third-party payments.

6. Refund Process Timeline

  • Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 30–45 working days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.

7. Force Majeure

My MBBS Abroad shall not be liable for refunds in cases of events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government policy changes, pandemics, travel bans, geopolitical issues, or changes in university regulations.

  • A detailed review will be conducted internally.
  • Resolution or clarification will be provided within 15–21 working days.

4. Resolution Outcomes

Possible outcomes may include:

  • Clarification of services and processes.
  • Rectification of genuine administrative errors.
  • Partial adjustment where applicable, at the sole discretion of My MBBS Abroad.

5. Non-Eligible Discrepancies

Discrepancies will not be entertained if they arise due to:

  • Misunderstanding of university or embassy decisions.
  • Verbal assurances not documented in writing.

External factors beyond My MBBS Abroad control.

6. Final Authority

The decision of My MBBS Abroad management shall be final and binding after internal review.
